Josh Kettler serves as President of The Buckner Company, where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, operational performance, and continued expansion across the Western United States. Known for his people-centered leadership and cross-industry expertise, Josh brings a unique blend of vision, innovation, and execution to Buckner’s executive team. Prior to joining Buckner, Josh spent nearly a decade at Patagonia, where he was a strategic advisor to the Head of Global Sales and Customer Experience. There, he helped shape the company’s global revenue operations while upholding its mission of environmental and social responsibility. He has also held executive advisory roles in the technology and health innovation sectors, including with Cognixion and Better Place Forests, where he was instrumental in driving alignment, scaling systems, and delivering best-in-class client experiences. Josh holds an MBA from Clemson University with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Diego State University, graduating cum laude with distinction in management. He is based at Buckner’s headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT.
