Brett began his career in the insurance industry in 1979, joining Buckner in 2006. Brett’s specialties include manufacturing, construction, habitational, rail transportation and international business. He has received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Finance and has also received his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Throughout his notable career, Brett has been named Utah Young Agent of the Year in 1986, Utah Agent of the Year in 1996, as well as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Utah in 1993-1994. Brett has been the chairman of the Board for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America and on the Board for the World Federation of Insurance Intermediaries. In 2017, Brett was listed in Insurance Business Americas Top 100 agents in the country. Today, Brett and his wife are proud parents of four children and fourteen grandchildren.
