As we enter the holiday season, we’re reflecting on the extraordinary ways our Buckner team shows up for our communities all year long. What our employees contribute goes far beyond their day-to-day work. They serve meals, mentor youth, sit on boards, teach in classrooms, and support causes across the country. Their impact is meaningful, both to those they serve and to the industry we represent.
Throughout the year, our employees have collectively supported more than 30 organizations, contributed over 200 years of combined service, and participated in international humanitarian and education initiatives.

By sharing knowledge in classrooms and through community boards, they shape future leaders and elevate the standards of our profession. This service helps strengthen the industry while ensuring the next generation understands the value of risk management, resilience, and preparation.
Large Impact
While much of our work happens locally, the impact of our employees’ service extends far beyond the walls of any single organization or community.
