Quinn Marchant joined Buckner in 2025 as a Client Advisor, bringing experience in sales and a strong understanding of the construction industry. He works with commercial and residential general contractors, as well as subcontractors in concrete, excavation, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related trades. Quinn began his career in insurance in 2025 and is completing a bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis at Utah Valley University, with graduation expected in spring 2026. Prior to Buckner, he was named 2024 Sales Leader of the Year at a construction staffing firm, reflecting his results-oriented approach and dedication to client success. Known for his determination and people-first mindset, Quinn is committed to delivering results, supporting clients and colleagues, and pursuing continual growth. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball and previously served a Spanish-speaking LDS mission in Dallas, Texas.
