With a career in insurance beginning in 2008 and a background that also includes real estate, Kara Grimmett brings a versatile and driven perspective to the industry. She joined The Buckner Company in 2025, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with a Property & Casualty License and a Colorado Real Estate License. Kara specializes in both insurance and real estate, consistently demonstrating excellence with recognition as a four-time Pinnacle Club qualifier and the top agent for the highest year-over-year gross commission increase. Outside of work, Kara is passionate about health and wellness and considers her greatest accomplishment to be her three children. A former competitive swimmer and lifelong thrill-seeker, she has gone skydiving, cliff diving, and even earned her motorcycle license—proof that her fearless energy translates just as powerfully into her professional life.
