Carter earned a degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University, where he played collegiate baseball from 2019 to 2023 and served as a team captain, experiences that shaped his disciplined, team-oriented mindset. Carter is passionate about helping clients do what they love while ensuring their businesses are properly protected through thoughtful risk management and insurance solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, golf, and movies, and values time spent with his family. He considers getting married and raising his children his greatest accomplishment and has an unexpected appreciation for horror movies.
