Cody brings energy, movement and authenticity to everything he does. Born in the West but raised in the South, Cody always dreamed of a life in the big city. Now that he proudly calls NYC home – and the best city in the world – he strives to be the best version of himself while inspiring members to be the same. A Figure-It-Outer & self-described Experience Evangelist focused on the Human Experience, Carl Sokia started his career in the hospitality industry as an airport shuttle driver for a small hotel. His contagious positivity, commitment to customer service, and innate leadership ability led to his rapid ascent as a thought leader creating successful development, engagement, and customer service initiatives, overseeing the HR & People Operations functions for luxury resort properties across the United States, including the St. Regis, Waldorf Astoria & Grand America Hotel & Resort brands. Aside from embarking on his current entrepreneurial journey with Experience Management Solutions, Carl has most recently served as Chief Human Experience Officer and Founding Team Member at the Farmington-based SaaS Startup, Life Engineering.
Carl has received global performance awards, including Utah Business Magazine’s distinguished Forty Under 40 award (2019) & the Human Resources Business Professional of the Year (2020), and recently served as President of the largest professional HR organization in Utah, Salt Lake SHRM. He is also host of The HX Podcast featuring Carl Sokia, a podcast dedicated understanding of how personal experiences impact work today.
He is a proud husband and the father of six daughters and lives with his family in Sandy, Utah.

For 15 years, Candice has created culinary products & lifestyle content inspired by ancient Japanese traditions to support well-being, therapy & education in the modern world. Candice is a classically trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu in California Culinary School of the Arts), former line cook, and judge on Iron Chef America and Beat Bobby Flay. She has been named “The Golden Girl of Wellness” by both Elle and Forbes. She is a six-time best-selling author, with her latest book (Kintsugi Wellness: The Japanese Art of Nourishing Mind, Body, and Spirit) combining her wellness wisdom and traditional Japanese and European heritage with culinary prowess.
Candice will be sharing her Japanese heritage and how it has guided her journey back to health at every turn. In Kintsugi Wellness, Candice shares what she’s learned and guides us through her favorite Japanese traditions and practices for cultivating inner strength and living a gracious life. Kintsugi Wellness provides the tools we all need to reclaim the art of living well.

Christine Wzorek is the Founder and CEO of White Label Advisors, a strategic direction firm that modernizes internal constructs to incorporate human intelligence into business and financial strategies.
Named a Human Capital industry “Disruptor” in 2019 by Utah Magazine, Christine Wzorek has disrupted and redefined how Human Capital works within the framework of modern business by modernizing companies in industries such as Aerospace and Tech.
Known for making bold moves to shake up the Industry, Christine became the US Market Advisor of Vize Labs USA, a governed AI, Human Insights, & Predictive Analytics tool used by companies and executives to gain insights into the connectivity, collaboration, and belonging of workforces and individual contributors.
Prior to White Label Advisors and Vize Labs, Christine was the Vice President of Human Capital at Four Foods Group (now Savory Fund), a restaurant development, investment, operations, and management company where Christine led a new Human Capital program resulting in monumental growth and business-to-culture impact.
Christine was also the Human Capital Director at Studies Weekly where she built an HR infrastructure from the ground up resulting in a robust performance management program, comp alignment, career development, an L&D program, and expansion of the organization to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean markets.
