Stephen specializes in insurance solutions for nonprofit organizations, construction companies, and professional service firms. He is a CSI-certified advisor and a recognized Property & Casualty Agent by the Utah Non-Profit Association. His background in conflict resolution includes certifications from the Arbinger Institute and Crucial Conversations. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Utah Valley University, with minors in Peace and Justice Studies and Communications. Known for his drive and optimism, he brings a people-first approach to every client relationship. An adventurer at heart, Stephen has visited 31 countries in seven years, is fluent in French, and conversational in three other languages. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him training for his next endurance race or getting lost in an epic fantasy novel—he’s a proud Brandon Sanderson superfan.
