Position: Branch Manager/Lead Insurance Producer
LOCATION: BOISE, IDAHO
Have you been working as a commercial property & casualty insurance producer? Do you have 10-15 years of experience, a successful track record of growing sales and working with people? Are you searching for a new opportunity for professional growth—with added resources and responsibilities? Then this may be the ideal opportunity for you! We are in search of a candidate with the above experience to be responsible for establishing and growing a branch office. This person would be responsible for building a sales/support team, managing budgets, and being a "face" of the firm in the community. A college degree with a CPCU or CIC designation is preferred. Searching for an applicant with great people skills and a strong work ethic. Applicant must be a good communicator, have excellent analytical abilities, and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. This position is responsible for the sales and service of commercial property and casualty insurance products and all parts of the sales process—generating leads, creating proposals, finalizing sales and providing ongoing service of accounts (with the help of support personnel). This candidate must have the natural ability to create close, trusting relationships with clients and insurance carriers alike while negotiating often times complex financial transactions. A minimum of three successful years in the insurance industry would be ideal. However, similar experience in a related field will be considered.
