Position: Marketing Assistant

LOCATIONS: SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH
This candidate will support the Marketing Director in creating and implementing creative and innovative marketing campaigns that will effectively position Buckner as a leading brokerage firm in the Intermountain West. This individual will work closely with and report to the Marketing Director and the Chief Sales Officer. They will also work closely with other executives and sales group. The measure of success for this position is the ability to drive new business by supporting Buckner's sales teams. Position: Employee Benefits Sales Rep

LOCATIONS: SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH / OGDEN, UTAH
We are searching for a successful, self-motivated Employee Benefits Sales Representative to join our team in our Salt Lake City or Ogden, Utah office. Our candidate of choice would have strong ethics, great people skills, be an excellent communicator (both verbally and written), have great analytical abilities, and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. This position is responsible for the sales and service of commercial employee benefits insurance products and all parts of the sales process - generating leads, creating proposals, finalizing sales, and providing ongoing service of accounts (with the help of support personnel). This candidate must have the natural ability to create close, trusting relationships with clients and insurance carriers alike, while negotiating often times complex financial transactions. A minimum of three successful years in the insurance industry would be idea. However, similar experience in a sales-related field would be considered.
